Shikha Chibbar

Shikha Chhibbar is an expert in policing, governance, gender, and criminal justice with 9 years of experience in research, advocacy, and capacity building. Having with organizations such as J-PAL South Asia and Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, she looks after the research vertical at RACE Lab.

Shikha is regularly invited as an expert speaker on victim-friendly policing by Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal; Madhya Pradesh Police Academy; Jawaharlal Nehru Police Academy, Sagar; National Forensic Sciences University, Bhopal, and other private organizations. She has also conducted capacity-building programs on access to justice, women-centric courses, and RTI.

Shikha holds an LL.M. in Human Rights from National Law Institute University and a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Barkatullah University.,
